System Overview

The Celloger series is a line of Automated Live Cell imaging Systems from Curiosis. The Live Cell Imaging permits observing and studying biological processes within living cells or organisms in real-time using specialized microscopes and labeling techniques. Live cell imaging technique makes it possible to understand and study various biological phenomena by enabling the observation of complex dynamics of live cells in real time using time-lapse microscopy. Real time imaging of cellular processes such as cell migration, development and trafficking serves as an important means for research in cell biology, neuroscience, pharmacology and developmental biology.

Curiosis is based in Korea and was founded in 2015. It is a company that develops, produces, and supplies laboratory equipment in the field of life science. Curiosis provide solution for improving the efficiency of cell-based research developing many products for accurate analysis of cells, which is the core of Bioscience Research. Curiosis Products are used in a wide range of cell research processes as Cell Imaging, Cell separation and cell counting. The Celloger series is an innovative Live Cell Imaging line that redefines research capabilities. With its exceptional image quality and unmatched convenience, it empowers researchers with advanced features by enabling real-time cell monitoring inside the incubator, it allows for seamless observation and tracking of cellular dynamics without disrupting the natural growth environment. The Celloger series are made in a compact size so that they can be placed in a general cell culture incubator and designed to endure the self-generated heat enabling the long-term imaging. In addition to that, it can obtain clear bright-field images using contrast-enhanced optics and fluorescence images of live cells in real time with a minimum light intensity by optimizing fluorescence filter and light path.

Real-time cell monitoring inside an incubator

The Celloger series is designed for efficiently monitoring cells in real-time without disturbing cell-growth conditions. By simply placing the devices within the incubator and connecting them to an external PC, researchers can remotely observe cells in real time.

Compatible with different vessels types

To accommodate for a wide range of experiments, different cell culture vessels such as well plates (up to 96 wells), flasks, dishes, and slides can be used by simply replacing the vessel holders for specific needs. **Celloger Stack is used for multi-layer vessel types.

Time-lapse imaging capability

Using the time-lapse function, cell images are captured automatically according to the schedule set by the researcher and the images are easily converted into time-lapse videos.

User-friendly software

The Scanning and Analysis software are included as standard packages, allowing users to create unlimited copies of both software. Researchers can easily set multiple image capture modes and generate productive experimental data using a range of analysis tools available in these software.
