Gremse-IT GmbH is a software company founded in Aachen, a research and technological hub in Germany. The company primarily focuses on developing innovative software for biomedical image data reconstruction, processing, and analysis of a wide variety of biomedical imaging modalities. This software is unique in the fact that it supports 3D, 4D, and 5D imaging data sets from several modalities, such as CT, MRI, PET, SPECT, ultrasound, and optical imaging, as well as multimodal analysis capabilities. Because the software is widely applicable, it was already used by several pharmaceutical companies (Roche, Bayer) as well as by research institutes with wide application use, such as research focused on cancer development and metastases, bone morphology, drug pharmacokinetics, plaque and lesion growth in various diseases, fat distribution, and others.
